Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information with no one outside of Evergreen ID Systems. [We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Evergreen ID Systems, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Our site uses an order form for customers to purchase/request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (name, place of work, address, phone number and email address) and credit card information. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and promotional material from us to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the user when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.

Your personal information is used for Evergreen ID Systems's internal administrative and identification purposes. Personal information is stored on Evergreen ID Systems computers and is only accessed by authorized Evergreen ID Systems personnel. Credit Card information is deleted from our computers once the bank has approved/declined the transaction. If you have elected to receive email updates from Evergreen ID Systems, information will be provided in the text of the email explaining how to unsubscribe from future mailings.

Choice/Opt-Out/Changes
Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the visitor.
